Strategic Planning and Organizational Development

Strategic Planning is an operational and organizational development activity.  The value of a third party is “relative objectivity.”  Creating a strategic plan and recommending or engaging in Organizational Development activities implies an inherent interest in the client’s success. However, the Archology Resource Group offers unique macro and granular perspectives from which the strategic plan can be developed, and organizations may engage in development activities that have never been considered before.

Albert Einstein famously said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”  New paradigmatic thinking is critical for an organization’s survival and potential to thrive.  One of the most lethal threats to any enterprise is the inability or unwillingness to examine its existing strategies and re-vision its organization.
