Why Archology Resource Group?
The Archology Resource Group is a collaboration and partnership between two individuals, Ms. Wanda Mitchell-Smith and Garry M. Spotts, who have known each other and collaborated on common projects for nearly 40 years. ARG, though relatively new, is rooted in a long-standing partnership between two talented, accomplished, and committed friends.
Wanda Mitchell-Smith
Ms. Mitchell Smith boasts an impressive resume, having worked in government at all levels, including Federal, State, and Municipal. She has a deep and rich history, as well as strong connections with key community stakeholders, including labor unions and community advocacy groups.
Garry M. Spotts
Mr. Spotts has worked as a consultant for 30+ years, serving businesses, non-profit organizations, and faith-based community organizations. His experience as a writer, speaker, and critical thinker has supported his clients’ mission in numerous ways. His expertise with organizational development and developing synergistic partnerships between organizations has proven invaluable to his clients.
